This Privacy Policy explains how Link Connect Mania (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our casual link-and-clear puzzle game on Google Play and other supported platforms.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We design the App to minimize data collection.

• Local game data (on your device): progress (unlocked levels), stars, coins, item counts (hint / shuffle / extra time / hammer), and settings (sound, vibration, language preference). This data is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide gameplay.
• Device / technical information: basic device information needed for the App to run (for example screen size, OS version, language), obtained through the platform runtime.
• Advertising data (if ads are enabled): when rewarded or other ads are integrated, advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, coarse location, and interaction data according to their own policies, to show ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.
• Analytics (if enabled): aggregated crash or usage diagnostics may be collected to improve stability. We do not use this to identify you personally.

We do not require account registration. We do not intentionally collect your name, email, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, or payment card details inside the App.

3. How we use information

• Provide and maintain gameplay, progress saving, and settings
• Deliver optional rewarded ads and in-app benefits
• Improve performance, fix bugs, and understand feature usage
• Comply with applicable laws and store policies (including Google Play)

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process data based on:

• Contract / service delivery — to run the game you requested
• Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, basic analytics
• Consent — personalized advertising or optional tracking, where required

5. Sharing of information

We may share limited information with:

• Advertising partners — Google AdMob (and related Google advertising services), if ads are used
• Platform providers (Google Play / Apple App Store) as part of distribution and billing

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Ads and your choices

The App may offer rewarded ads for extra items or revive chances via Google AdMob. In the EEA/UK, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may show a consent form before personalized ads. On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt may appear. You can also reset or opt out of personalized ads in device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS (if published): Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising

If a consent form (UMP / ATT) is shown, your choice will be respected.

7. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App data, uninstall the App, or reset progress (if such a feature is provided). Advertising and analytics partners retain data according to their own retention periods.

8. Children’s privacy

Link Connect Mania is a general-audience casual puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region) for the purpose of selling data or enabling personalized advertising to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Please keep your device updated and protect access to your phone/tablet.

10. International transfers

If you use ad or analytics services, your information may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States). Where required, appropriate safeguards are used by those providers.

11. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent for personalized ads
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

For local-only game progress, you can delete data by clearing App storage or uninstalling the App. For other requests, email us.
